Dear Freelancer,
We would like to have a 3D drawing made in SketchUp for an extension (2 variants) to an apartment on the ground floor. The 3D drawings will be used to submit the design to the Owners' Association for approval and possibly third parties (municipality, etc.).
This mainly concerns the exterior of the building. The apartment complex, extension, yard including garage/sheds must be visible from different angles/perspectives (own yard: outside and inside, public road, next-door neighbor, view of the upstairs neighbors on the extension). The position of the sun at different times of the day including shadow from the extension yard of the next-door neighbor.
This concerns an extension (excl. canopy) of 4 meters and over the full width of the rear facade or an extension of 4 meters (excl. canopy) over a section of the rear facade. The current rear facade will be partially broken through. The back and side of the extension will be made of glass as much as possible with hinged doors. The roof/canopy of the extension has the same height as the concrete floor.
