Copyright Agent emerged from a deep-rooted respect for people - writers, photographers, and creators of all kinds - who have the talent and courage to be original. We work with content creators across Europe, North and South America, New Zealand and Australia to manage and protect their intellectual property - mostly images and texts - from unlicensed use.

As a Call Agent at Copyright Agent, you would be expected to act as phone support in our case-handling process. This means that your primary task will be to make outbound phone calls to potential copyright infringers and inform and educate them about the issue at hand. The role requires attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You would also be expected to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality, as you would be dealing with sensitive information.
