We offer a network tool for professionals, facilitate secure transactions with an Escrow service, and provide a membership model for freelancers to access project opportunities.


Role Overview

As a Customer Success Manager, your role is pivotal in connecting our platform with our users. You'll have a multifaceted mission that includes ensuring our professionals have an outstanding experience. Your responsibilities are clear:

  • Set and achieve client retention goals.
  • Define milestones for clients and employees to work toward.
  • Guide customers in setting up and using our programs and software.
  • Advocate the value of our products.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling products and services in line with our brand.
  • Elevate customer experience to reinforce the value we offer.


Considering these responsibilities, you may indeed find yourself occasionally providing demos and engaging in sales-related activities as part of ensuring customer success. We value flexibility and adaptability in this role to meet our users' diverse needs.



  • Build and maintain strong relationships with our clients, understanding their needs and goals.
  • Onboard new customers, ensuring they have a smooth and successful experience with our platform.
  • Provide training, support, and guidance to clients to maximize their usage and satisfaction.
  • Proactively identify and address customer challenges and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the sales and product teams to advocate for customer needs.



  • Proven experience in customer success or account management roles.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Empathetic and customer-focused mindset.
  • Ability to understand and convey technical information.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.



€3500 - €4500 depending on experience
