Hiring Manager (Internal Recruitment)

 

Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Hiring Manager to lead our internal recruitment efforts. As the Hiring Manager, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and recruiting top talent to join our company. This role involves overseeing the entire recruitment process, from posting job openings and conducting interviews to managing candidate evaluation and selection.

 

Responsibilities

- Lead the internal recruitment process, managing end-to-end hiring activities.

- Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

- Draft compelling job descriptions and post vacancies on various platforms.

- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interview processes.

- Manage candidate communication and ensure a positive candidate experience.

- Drive the development and improvement of recruitment processes and procedures.

- Work closely with the HR team to ensure seamless onboarding for new hires.

 

Requirements

- Proven experience as a Hiring Manager or in a similar internal recruitment role.

- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.

- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and HR software.

 

Salary

€2500 - €3500 depending on experience

 

Location

In our office in Amsterdam or remote (hybrid)
