Job Description: We are seeking a talented and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team and drive the growth of our premium spirits brands across the UK market. As the Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing existing relationships, and maximizing sales revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve growth targets for premium spirits in the UK market.

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities by prospecting and building relationships with key stakeholders, including distributors, retailers, and on-trade establishments.

- Nurture existing accounts and develop strong partnerships to increase brand visibility and market penetration.

- Collaborate with marketing teams to execute brand promotion strategies and initiatives.

- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitive landscape, and consumer preferences.

- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms with customers and partners to maximize profitability.

- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports and insights to senior management.

Requirements:

- Proven track record of success in business development within the spirits or alcoholic beverages industry, preferably with a focus on premium brands.

- Strong understanding of the UK spirits market, including distribution channels and regulatory environment.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels.

- Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

- Ability to work independently and remotely, while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
