Follow up on open quotes and orders. Follow up on quality and delivery performance. Initiate and present cost management programs and six sigma projects • Planning for commercial events such as Techday’s, Exhibitions and BRM Achievements • Since Polytec took over end of 2014 we identified together with my customer new business opportunities with the potential to quadruple the current Turn-over. • Concluded new long term agreement with good commercial benefits for the company keeping the customer relationship in good balance proven by the recent award of a new, multi million euros, contract. • Nominated for the development of a light weigh
Responsibilities • Secure new business within Emerging Markets, area Russia. •Further develop and expand business with key-accounts; Bombardier, Rolls- Royce and Lockheed Martin F-16, representing > 25% of total Turn-over of Fokker Elmo. • Managing proposals, including risk analyses, board approvals and management sessions by leading the proposal team resulting in a cost complaint proposal tailored to suit the customer needs and keeping in mind the risk and threats for the organization. Achievements • Won US$ 30 million contract for F-16 in February 2010 and secured additional US$ 8 million in options Sept. ‘10. • Negotiated teaming agreement with lead contractor for New Aircraft Development Program in Russia positioning Fokker at front row to secure first business in emerging markets.
