I am responsible for shaping from scratch vision and strategy for the Commercial platforms in a scale-up organization, as well as optimizing the end-to-end customer facing process for Marketing, Sales, Operations and Customer Service. Under my leadership, LUMICKS laid the foundation for a mature CoE, creating a strategic roadmap to further evolve the architecture, including modules such as customer portals, IoT, Einstein (Gen AI)
