Besides running Klup and DFNS during my time at Sprints & Sneakers, among my responsibilities were acquiring new clients (with a focus on social-enterprises), running lead gen ad campaigns and preparing the B Corp certification assessment.

DFNS

Born in Amsterdam – raised for the world. DFNS is a globally operating start-up producing lifestyle care products embraced by companies such as Footlocker, Snipes & Champs. Tasks I have been responsible for: - Full tracking & analytics infrastructure, design & implementation, (Using pixels, tag management tooling, heatmap tooling); - Identifying DFNS’ online audience by running experiments through Facebook ads & Instagram ads (resulting in a 120% increase of CTR in 2 months) - Writing a SEO strategy for the copywriting team, in order to optimise findability through partners (try googling ‘footwear protector’ or ‘leather shoe protector’) - Instagram growth strategy design, with a result of a 200% follow growth (2000+ followers) in two months, using a hashtag strategy combined with viral tooling (ViralSweep) - Running and optimising brand awareness campaigns in 4 continents, with a four digit monthly budget.

Klup

Klup is a Dutch social community platform for 50+ year old (mobile & web app), where users organise activities in their neighbourhood so they can meet peers. In less then 3 years they've grown to thousands of monthly active users, responsible for over 200 weekly organised activities throughout the Netherlands. In order to keep up with their growth and create a scalable strategy, I've helped Klup with the following: - (Pirate) Funnel visualisation through analysing it's KPI's & metrics, translating this into curstomer journey maps; - Data analytics & reporting. I've build a custom data dashboard (through Datastudio & sheets) where the team would get a new report on the app performance, acquisition statistics and conversionrate mapped in the Pirate Funnel each week; - Executing an 'Aha! moment' analysis; - Designing an extensive automated communication flow, steering on metrics getting users to the Aha! moment, based on 15 variables and over 30 different messages; - Running experiments to increase activation rate in the first month after sign up (resulting in a 160% growth in activation rate in less then 2 months); - Creating a scalable city-per-city growth strategy by running Facebook lead gen ads based on look-a-like audiences of Klup's most valuable users; - Implementing automated feedback loops to measure the customer success metric throughout the whole customer journey; - Running an extensive growth audit.

Closure

Closure is a Rotterdam based start up and is known ‘Sprout Startup van het Jaar’ finalist, and winner of the Philips Innovation Awards. The company foresees a day on which everyone’s legacy in the private sector is automatically ended, just like it does in the public sector. To achieve this, they’ve developed an automated tool for relatives that takes away pain for both loved ones and companies. In this project I have been responsible for: - Designed a highly targeted SEA strategy (which resulted in a 100% increase of web-visits on an average of 30 cent p/click in less than 2 months); - Executing competitor research that formed the fundaments of a new growth strategy; - Weekly web and app data reporting; - Designing a digital product tour (which increased conversion rates with 40%); - A/B testing landing pages using Google Optimize, increasing Click Through Rates of some pages with 40%; - Copy writing for webpage content; - Designing and executing a new sales strategy; - Redesigning the company’s webpage based on heatmaps and other forms of UX research.
