I'm a freelance conceptual art director and hands on designer. Graduated at the Design Academy in 1998 and since then I worked for over 15 years for a broad range of clients and brands. I never like to brag but It's safe to say that I've developed a profound understanding of what works in terms of visual communication.
I like working with a team but I can fly solo as well. I work for individual brands and for advertising agencies. For these parties I create branded experiences in the broadest sense of the word. I start off with a concept and with a clear idea of what to do I follow through to the execution. Depending on the scale of the project I can single handedly design the necessary media.
As an art director I supervise and unify the vision. In particular, I am in charge of the overall visual appearance and how it communicates emotionally, stimulates moods, and appeals psychologically to a target audience. Furthermore, I make decisions about the visual elements, contrast features and what artistic style to use.
Summarizing, I am a freelance art director and designer creating cross-media communication concepts, campaigns, and corporate identities. When the going gets tough I come up with simple, effective and original concepts and designs. I do this for a broad spectrum of industries.
