Ad hoc activities e.g.: - preparing and checking of annual accounts, - coordination of questions of auditors, - collect information for auditors, - cleaning up of clearing accounts.

Responsible for Austria for the GL-bookings, monthly reporting and analyses.
Cleaning AP clearing accounts.
Coordinating the finance workload of 5 employees in 3 different countries. Taking care of the GL bookings, reporting, analysing. Assist with the forecast.
Responsible Ireland and Belgium for the GL-bookings, monthly reporting, VAT and IC- filing, creating the year end audit binder and inform auditors when questioned. Responsible for 8 countries for the bank bookings, bank reconcilations, cash flow forecasts and intercompany reconciliations.
