My career began in 1999 in the Staffing and Recruitment industry with its focus aimed at the technical market. I was fortunate enough to set my first steps within the family business, and at the same time i could develop my own ideas. Within the first three years i tripled sales by making sure that there was a stronger focus on continually bringing in young talent, coaching them so that they could keep on developing themselves.
Where my career started in the Technical sector, in 2009 i came into contact with the healthcare sector. This gave me such a boost and will to succeed in this industry that not long after We Care 4 U was founded. We Care 4 U specializes in Staffing and Recruiting of professionals in the healthcare sector.
As more companies also began to see that a flexible layer within their organisation and not only in the healthcare sector could be more than usefull, i decided it was time for a change.
