I have been involved in many large and complex, often IT-related, change projects, mainly in the banking industry. I have extensive knowledge of business analysis methodologies and experience working in an agile environment. I challenge assumptions, ask the essential questions and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver results that meet customers’ expectations. Having always been curious about how things work and can be improved, being a business analyst fits me like a glove.
