BR-ND is an Amsterdam-based boutique firm specialised in emotive branding. Their approach is deeply rooted in science and always starts with the relationship emotions have on driving behaviour change. Although my responsibilities at BR-ND are broad, I am primarily working on the branding of the firm and brand communication.
We Accelerate People Group is the value creation brand behind several business technology consultancy brands. My responsibilities included creating compelling content for the portfolio brands’ websites, blogs, and social media. This includes writing SEO optimized blog posts and press releases, assisting in creative campaign planning, editing all brand communication text, among other responsibilities.
Crobox is a shopper profiling technology that uses behavioral psychology and artificial intelligence to nudge shopper behavior at every step in the buyer’s journey. Our solution gives eCommerce brands the tools they need to understand and act on the psychological motivations of their shoppers in real time. I am responsible for setting the digital marketing strategy and objectives. This includes outlining strategies for our inbound marketing, social and search advertising, and internal/external communication. I work closely with the other departments to ensure that marketing goals align with the overarching vision and mission of the company. Because of the nature of the team, my role is a balanced mix of strategic thinking, project execution, and product development.
Mascolori is a Rotterdam based shoe company that specialises in artistic, unique, and special men's shoes. My responsibilities included generating, pitching, and executing marketing ideas to penetrate the international market for Mascolori shoes. In addition to this, I was responsible for all English translations/texts on the website, online marketing campaigns (Facebook/Google AdWords), and SEO optimisation of the English website.
Usabilla is customer feedback software (SaaS) for websites, apps, and emails. I assisted in the recruitment of individuals, which included vetting and sourcing applicants, as well as conducting phone interviews. Additionally, I assisted with the recruitment marketing by formulating and implementing strategies to reach out to a wider audience.
