Liaising with 2nd level support were necessary. - Creation of customer quote documents - Creation of special reports & analyses. - Co-ordination of evaluation units. - Creation of new configurations for globak inbound accounts Knowledge - Commercial awareness and business understanding - Product / Services/ Pricing knowledge - Excellent knowledge of HP Volume Direct organisation - Ability to communicate written and oral in English
