Who am I? An open minded, intuitive, enthusiastic, fast and creative thinker who loves a challenge. A problem solver with a hands on mentality. Instead of writing plans and talking about what ‘we could do’ I prefer to go out there and just start creating things. That must be the born organizer a manifesto in me. When working in a group I tend to be an empathic leader as I can make decisions and feel where to position everyone whilst working in/as a team. As a former freelancer and founder of my own company I am used to being responsible and deal with setbacks. Love working with people from different nationalities, cultures and levels as I love getting to know different points of views as born a super curious person. As much as I work well in a group I am also a strong solo person when it comes to work and getting things done.
My all time favorite place to work is in my outdoor floating office in the Amsterdam canals.
Founder M&M Stand Up Paddling Amsterdam located at IJburg beach and Zeeburg Amsterdam. Offering a variety of sup classes and private Amsterdam sup tours, trainings and trips abroad.
