As Chief Executive Optimist of The Weird Science, I coach teams of dedicated professionals. I have a passion for the fundamentals of engineering; and have proven experience leading teams and accelerating the digital transformation of organisations.
The last five years, I have primarily focussed on the FinTech movement working for banks and disruptive financial innovators. As founder of The Weird Science, I have built a small team of dedicated professionals that help me consult, advise, coach and mentor innovation teams.
Our team of engineers share the same passion for engineering and travel the world to help our strategic customers achieve their innovation goals. To inspire our team, to strengthen and deepen their understanding of software technology we develop our own products at our innovation lab in Utrecht.
I am available as Chief Engineer to design scalable solutions, and to build, coach and mentor engineering teams for customers.
