Business Development, Brand management and downstream marketing & sales. Support the acquisition of car park portfolios from German municipalities and private equity players. On the marketing side the principle task was to safeguard the projected ROI on real estate. This involved yield pricing, development of access, payment systems and customer loyalty systems and development of collaborative business with leading parties in retail, mobility, petrol companies, real estate and automotive.
PDM employs some 250 highly specialized engineers. In co-operation with business unit managers we positioned PDM as a competence centre for plant performance management. This involved running marketing and PR campaigns, development of a corporate magazine, newsletters, planning, organization of events, fairs and exhibitions and coaching consultants.
Start-up a new agency branch, i.e. developing new business. We worked for accounts such as Mercedes-Benz European Customer Assistance Centre, Vebego and Belgacom / Tritone.
Introduction and roll out of the brand and franchise model in new markets (Eastern and Southern Europe, USA, Australia, Middle East and Far East). The position comprised management and implementation of the total down stream marketing communication, PR, training videos, company magazine and technical documentation in 18 languages. Market input was set up through regional marketing forums with local sales on the basis of which regional campaigns were developed and rolled out.
