He has shown expertise in delivering stellar Customer Experience, achieving operational excellence, and managing corporate cultural change. He held progressively increasing roles at Groupon, culminating as the VP of Global Operations, successfully implementing highly transformational customer service strategies, including vendor diversification, outsourcing, and day-to-day performance management teams. Prior roles include Webhelp (intelligent, data-led customer service BPO), Schiphol Airport, and DHL. Ronny holds an MBA from the University of Hertfordshire and lives in Amsterdam.
