For the last 16 years, I have worked as a consultant in the Information Technology sector. During this period I have skilled myself in the fields of Software Testing and Quality Assurance. I have gained experience in several Cool:Gen CBD client-server projects setting up software test and QA methodologies, strategies and plans from scratch. I have been involved in test management and hands-on test analysis of SAP IS-U/CRM and to a lesser extent HR/BW/implementations using TMap. Previous projects for various international companies gave me international experience as well. I see myself as an enthusiastic, experienced, effective working professional who is eager to learn and very willing to take up things. I can characterize myself as an open and honest person and am a good team player who makes contact very easily. I am a structured worker who makes sure his team does a perfect job according to standards and procedures. Half-done jobs are no option in my eyes although every project has to find the right balance between quality and quantity. Therefore the scope and strategy of both Software Testing and QA projects has to be anchored within an accorded plan that is regularly followed-up and if necessary adjusted during the lifecycle of a project.
