Highly motivated ICT professional with strong analytical skills and experience in:

- implementation, configuration and on-site support for various software products,
- advice and support during change processes around software implementations,
- functional testing (release testing, language testing),
- developing training material and test documentation,
- project planning & coordination,
- delivering training and coaching.
Knowledge of (but not limited to) Irdeto Customer Care & Billing, PeopleSoft CRM, PeopleSoft Application Designer & Query, PeopleTools, SAP CRM, uPerform, SAP Productivity Pak, Solution Manager, Dossier Manager and SP-Expert.
